Kiripotib-Soaring is one step ahead and has already planed the season after next: From November 1, 2024 to January 18, 2025 pilots who cannot get enough of flying are welcome to spend cold winter months sitting in a Ventus 3M or ArcusM in sunny Namibia.
We are looking for an experienced glider pilot with charme and passion to run the glider operation in Southern Africa for three months (m/f/d).
If you love to communicate with our guests in a very friendly way, you have almost won the race for this position. But: Mission not yet accomplished.

This is what awaits you at Kiripotib
- Lots of sun and gorgeous sunsets every day – we promise!
- Teamlead of Kiripotib-Soaring crew including workshop, flight operations and runway marshallers
- Management and airfield operation
- On-site commercial management, including accounting of additional services claimed
- Guarantee first-class customer service for our guests
- Collaboration and ongoing communication with the Manager of the guest farm to ensure smooth operations
To the point ...
This will get you to the finish line
- You enjoy communicating and interacting with guests
- Proven experience in business management
- Hands-on is part of your DNA
- Glider license, radio certificate and Medical Class 2 certificate
- Flight experience in Southern Africa
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Long-term commitment desired, unfortunately a year-round employment is not possible.
